Can I return a product?

Yes. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Are opened skincare or supplement products returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Skincare, Hair Care, Personal Care products, Food Supplements, and Medical Equipment cannot be returned unless defective.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and returned to your original payment method.
